The Lomosi Foundation is a community-rooted organization dedicated to transforming lives across Vihiga County and beyond through health, education, and economic empowerment. Established with a vision to bridge opportunity gaps in underserved areas, we focus on practical, people-driven solutions that uplift individuals and strengthen communities.
Our programs range from school scholarships and medical camps to economic education. We partner with local institutions, government agencies, and grassroots groups to ensure lasting impact where it matters most.

Born from community need.
Founded in 2024, the LOMOSI Foundation began with a single conviction: that meaningful change in rural Western Kenya would only happen if it was led from within. From a first free medical camp serving a few hundred residents, the Foundation has grown into a multi-program nonprofit reaching hundreds of thousands across Vihiga County.
We work alongside government agencies, hospitals, financial institutions and grassroots leaders — partnering to deliver healthcare, scholarships, enterprise activation and climate-resilient farming to the people who need it most.
